At Salon Asha the satisfaction of our clients is our top priority.

Recently we had a client post on social media that she was unhappy with the service she received from one of our stylists.

Salon Asha is very concerned about all client experiences and reviewed footage of this client’s visit to verify the accusations being made.

After reviewing footage of the visit, the footage shows that the clients recollection of her experience at the salon is not consistent with the video of her visit.

Our stylists strive to communicate the reality of a client’s expectations before a service is preformed. There are many variables that contribute to the outcome of a service including the condition of a clients hair when they arrive at the salon, history of products used, and client’s budget.

Unfortunately it appears the client did not communicate her expectations and our stylist provided the service requested after consulting with her and each step of the process was agreed upon by the client before it occurred.

Regardless of the validity of the situation, it is important that our clients are happy. We feel we have taken all the possible steps to satisfy the client including: a refund, extensive communication, and offering to redo the service.

Per the footage, the client left happy, did not voice any concerns with the service received, and left a tip. There was no way that her stylist would have know she was unhappy.

We realize that not everyone will be 100% satisfied all the time, yet the social media posts have impacted our salon and stylists in a negative way and this is disheartening.

We would like to thank all of our wonderful existing clients, who have trusted us for years with their hair and we want them to be assured that we will continue to provide the professional and experienced service that they expect.

I have been so excited to start decorating the salon for Christmas this year... that I might have put the tree up a few days before Thanksgiving.

Also I crafted!!! 🤦🏾‍♀️ still not my favorite thing to do, but I’m kind of proud of the wreaths.

It’s my first time decorating the salon for the holidays and I’m in LOVE with how it turned out. I love my salon so much and I am THANKFUL that I get to work in such a pretty space with the best co-workers.

When Casey told me she wanted to go blond I was a little nervous that her hair wouldn’t hold up to being lightened. She committed to a month of using OLAPLEX and Keune at home and coming in for Crystal Gel treatments in the salon before we lightened her hair. Her hair look and feels amazing.

It is important to me that we use high quality product lines in the salon and I always recommend using quality products at home for maintenance.

I have had some people ask if they can get more hand sanitizer so I am going to place another order. They are made with 68% alcohol and are $12 for a 9oz bottle. I can also get 64oz jugs for $64 that can be used to refill smaller bottles or for your work place.

Please let me know if you or anyone you know needs hand sanitizer. I will get them ordered ASAP and can deliver them contact free.
