Sometimes all you need is a good brow tint and shaping!

Lets talk about Skin Purging! 😡

The term "skin purging" refers to a reaction to active ingredients that is increasing skin cell turnover. As the cell turnover speeds up, the skin start shedding dead skin cells faster than normal, which can cause the breakouts that have been in the pore dormant, waiting to pop up to come out early, and all at once. Skin purging is very common after deep exfoliation during a facial, especially a Chemical peel, or when adjusting to a new product in your routine.

It can be tempting to stop using the new product when purging occurs, or thinking you may be having a late reaction after a facial but its actually a good sign. Continuing your product, and allowing the purging to run its course will clear the breakout quicker and you will experience less breakouts once you've gotten through the initial purge. It is important to note that purging only happens on areas you would usually experience breakouts.
