Mom made the sign. Dad hung the sign and junior congratulated us the whole time.

This is a huge moment for me and the business and everyone who helped make this possible because for two years we have been in business with no sign hidden in a dark hallway upstairs and many new clients got lost their first time to us

This moment makes everything feel official and legitimate and real. We are a real business you can find us and we are proud to share our name.

Despite going to science school 20 years ago, I have never made a sign this large complex or this quickly. The countless hours of mapping out designing carving, chiseling, sanding, cutting painting, gold leafing clear coating all happened in a dark basement and the two short hours between school drop off and school pick up this winter.

This project was taxing exhausting in strenuous not being born stubborn being raised blue collar and living somewhere in the not so middle of the middle class we made it happen for a 10th of the price quoted and even if it doesn’t last through the winter, my oldest son said he was proud of me for knowing how to do something so cool which from a 17-year-old is just about the biggest compliment you could ever get so that alone has made it worth it

The way I may call it my business. I may call it my sign. I may call it my life. All those things are nothing without my family and all those things I share with my family.

Sign is simply a hallmark of great memories, big dreams, and the best family I could ever ask for I can’t wait to look back someday in the photo album and explain to my grandchildren. How amazing this moment and time was.

Sorry for all the inconveniences we are trying our best to open promptly. There are much more meetings and scheduling and paperwork than you can imagine before we are allowed to open for business.
The process has been long and arduous but we almost at the finish line.

Thank you for all your understanding so far and please be patient as we wait for the signatures to be signed and submitted
As soon as the ink tries we will be staring sessions -
myself my staff and all our families have been so resilient during this unexpected financial stand still.

I want to say thank you to my team for staying with Relaxology through this hurdle with such resilience and understanding. We are a great company because of our great people! I will make this worth your sacrifice.

Our hopefully last inspections are scheduled for Monday afternoon. I am doing my best to speed this process up but I can’t guarantee anything. If your session is scheduled between now and Monday we will be reaching out to you directly to reschedule.

We are doing our best to accommodate everyone in an already full schedule - we will be working extra days and longer shifts to make this possible

We are exhausting every effort to have this impact our clients as little as possible.

I’m so sorry—from the bottom of my heart.

We truly have the most incredible clients… every single one of you. Each session is something I look forward to—the stories about your kids, your travels, the little adventures life brings… even the quiet moments, where I can feel the calm settle in and hear a deep breath (or the occasional snore). Those moments mean everything to me.

I want to be back in the treatment room. I want my team to feel that same joy in this work we love so much.

But right now, we may not be open for sessions this week.

I’ve poured every waking hour into this—late nights stretching into 4:30am—pushing for a May 1st opening. Some things, though, are simply out of our hands. We’re working closely with inspectors and permits, doing everything we can to get back to you as quickly as possible.

Rescheduling you is something I never take lightly, and I’m so grateful for the patience, kindness, and grace you’ve shown us. Thank you for being so incredible through all of this—for your understanding, your support, and the way you’ve stood by us along the way.

I’m doing everything I can to accommodate everyone in such a condensed time frame, because it truly weighs on me knowing this is impacting you. Your time, your routines, your care—it matters deeply.

We are closed this week as construction wraps up and we begin the voyage downstairs to a new unit. Level 1 direct access to our space.

We will start services in may and celebrate this new re grand opening sale with a Party May 13th

We are almost done with our build out of unit 103 at 15 Ermer road. We wouldn’t be able to pull off such a big project with out our family helping out
Long nights early mornings and lots of deep breaths. We are almost there paint floors and moving furniture so we can present you an oasis in may!

Things are starting to come together we’re getting to the fun part of decorating

REMINDER- WE ARE CLOSED THE LAST WEEK OF MARCH FOR MOVING

We are 4 weeks from opening and it may not look like much now but we did demo, framed, drywall, tape and mud, sanded, and inspected, electrical and hvac waiting for inspections then we close walls up, and finish with the big needle moving projects!

Family of the blue collar workers means all the cousins get to draw on the back of the drywall the job site sometimes looks more like a daycare. And I now have to give the best gifts this Christmas for all the favors I have pulled.
