EFFECTIVE MONDAY JUNE 16TH
Our new price list went into effect June of 2024. We have been very lenient on this by not wanting to upset friends family and clients that have become more like family over the last 29 years. And thats on us..but moving forward we don't have a choice as all of our products and chemicals have at least doubled in cost since covid hit. Prices for our services are posted on the service board. We have included a picture of the price list. If you have questions on what your service amount is supposed to be before you make another appointment don't hesitate to text or call us 812 883 4182
SALON CANCELLATION POLICY
We value the time and needs of our clients and staff. To ensure we can accommodate everyone, we kindly ask you to follow our cancellation policy.
• Cancellation Notice:
Please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. This gives us the opportunity to fill that spot.
• No-Shows:
If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notification, you will be charged 50% of the service fee before you are rescheduled
• Late Arrivals:
We understand delays can occur. However, clients arriving late may have their service shortened or rescheduled so we aren't running behind for our next client.
• Exceptions:
We understand that unexpected emergencies can arise. Exceptions to our policy are made on a case-by-case basis.
