Himalayan singing bowls and overtone-emitting instruments to support nervous system regulation and
release. The practice gently unfolds into guided movement to integrate and anchor new patterns within
the body. Carrying the integrative essence of savasana into motion, movement becomes a space of
deeper integration—where the body processes, expresses, and anchors what has been felt.
