Two years and 2.5 months at British Airways has been a journey of growth, learning, resilience, and creating meaningful customer experiences. ✈️

Every interaction has taught me something valuable — staying calm under pressure, listening with empathy, solving problems, and understanding that sometimes the smallest actions can make the biggest impact.
