Ten Natural Nails Sorry for what we ve done today with your nails. We did ask you before you leave our shop today if you could wait and we will fix or redo the whole manicure process for you but you didn't want to wait , and you just want the money back. Our shop policy is not allowed to refund but if you don't like the way the particular technician during the service we can switch to specific one or you can choose the one like , and we try the best to satisfy you . We always appreciate and grateful to all customers coming to our shop . We sorry that you not satisfied today.

1starI've been going here for years ( even before when they were across from babies R Us . May and Andy are always so kind . However , today - I had a pedi and gel mani and was not Happy at all. She was rushing to the point that it hurt , and then when we did my gel manicure , she rushed so much that she didn't buff my nails so there were bumps everywhere and the polish looks sloppy and to top it off - they did nothing about it !! They asked if I wanted it fixed and I had already spent two hours there .. I'm so upset and don't want to ever go there again. I took pics .
Also !!! Beware - they used dirty utensils and dirty nail file
