It’s been awhile since I posted and I’m excited to get some more things up and posted coming soon!! Fall is one of my favorite seasons but it also ushers in cold and flu season for many. This is the time of year I start preparing to get those defense oils in my diffusers and in my body and families bodies. OnGuard is one of my favorite ways to do so along with Arborvitae, Breathe & Copaiba. Stay tuned for more along with a few recipes using essential oils!

Sometimes despite our best efforts to keep our homes and our family safe by putting cleanliness practices into place, things slip through the cracks. When that happens, you need to address some of the effects. There’s a wide variety of essential oils and products that provide soothing and comfort, a boost to your immunity and help in your efforts to disinfect and keep surfaces clean.

~Purify~

-Add a few drops to a diffuser to purify and freshen the air.
-Add five drops to a small spray bottle with water and use to wipe down countertops.
-Add three drops to your air filter to help purify the air in your home.

-Add one to two drops of Copaiba essential oil to water, juice, or tea to support the health of the immune system.*
