Today we had our Step Up To Quality inspection, and after such hard work from our staff, we are proud to announce that Lincoln Learning Center has been rated GOLD by the state of Ohio. This rating means that the care and education we provide to our families and children is of the highest quality. This also means we will have access to more resources to make even more memories and provide the best care possible! Thank you to all of our staff and families for helping us achieve this 💛

We have some Good News to share, and we want to make sure you hear it directly from us.

Effective January 1, 2027, Salem Family Care will be joining Pioneer Physicians Network. Drs. Bagwell, Rousher, and Sevilla, along with your care team you already know, will continue seeing patients right here, in the same office, with the same commitment to your care.

Pioneer Physicians Network is an independent, physician-owned primary care network based in Northeast Ohio. Like Salem Family Care, Pioneer is NOT part of a hospital system. It is led and owned by practicing physicians who share the same patient-first values that have guided this practice from the beginning. Joining Pioneer means our physicians will have access to additional clinical, operational, and care coordination resources, the kind of infrastructure that strengthens a practice for the long term without changing what matters most: Your relationship with your doctor.

There is nothing you need to do right now. Please continue scheduling appointments and contacting the office exactly as you always have.
