Y’all I wish I understood the instagram algorithm but honestly I’m too exhausted to care right now. I’m tired of figuring out the best times to post, what the perfect caption is, what perfect song compliments it all so it can be pushed out to the right demographic I hope see it.
Instead! Here’s a photo of a beautiful client, with lived in color that is going to grow in well and enhances her already beautiful hair. 🫶🏽
Sometimes it hits me out of nowhere that at 21 years old, with a degree in something completely different, I took a leap of faith and pursued a career in hair.
I was excited, terrified, and had no idea if I would actually succeed. There were so many unknowns, so many moments of doubt, and so many times I wondered if I was making the right choice.
Now, years later, I get to wake up every day and do something I genuinely love. I get to create, connect with incredible people, and help women feel confident in themselves.
It hasn’t always been easy, but I’m so grateful I took the chance on myself. 🤍

I’ve been doing a lot of color corrections lately.
Color corrections will humble you real quick 😅
Some appointments leave us both staring in the mirror like “HOW is this even the same hair?” …and some take hours of slow, careful work with progress that only a stylist would notice. 🥲
But that’s the thing about corrective color — it’s not always instant. Sometimes the biggest win is keeping the hair healthy while getting one step closer to the end goal. And honestly? Those transformations are usually the most rewarding in the long run. ✨
