I've always been fascinated by skin, how to best take care of it, what to use to make it glow and keep it healthy. Growing up in Lebanon I learned some very simple (anti-aging) methods that will keep your skin looking youthful. One of my favorites is green tea, make a cup (the stronger the better), put it in the fridge, and once it's chilled use it on your face (2x daily) after cleansing. This is a natural toner and very healing for your skin. Try it for month and let me know what you think. Btw, please always use a clean pad or small cosmetic sponge every time, you can buy them inexpensively at the pharmacy.
