So many things to be grateful for this year… ONE of the most important things are my beautiful clients.

Without your guys continuous support, I wouldn’t have what I have… the freedom to teach, the freedom of getting weekends with my family, the freedom to have limitless success 💛

I’m grateful for all our great conversations, our laughs, our seriousness.

But most it all, I’m grateful for the TRUST you have given me 🥰 whether it’s sitting in my chair and telling me to do my thing, buying that new product I know you’ll be obsessed with, or even going to my assistants when I just can’t accommodate. Your guys trust means the world to me and I will never take that for granted.

Why I do what I do?

To be honest, it started off as a love for extensions. My whole goal when I started cosmetology school was to be an extension specialist, be double booked 5 days a week, basically work my b***y off to make 💸

But since then, I’ve gone through MANY shifts in my business. And honestly MANY shifts in my personal life as well.

My goals have dramatically changed into working in the chair less and delivering MORE to my clients and my team.

I can confidently say today my WHY is to make a difference. To make an impact.

Seeing the CONFIDENCE on my clients faces after I’ve delivered them their dream hair is my why.

Teaching my assistant, watching them grow & find themselves within this industry is my why.

I’m literally buzzing thinking about what the future has in store 🤩

Most highly requested service in my chair this month, other then extensions…. LOWLIGHTS 😄

Lowlights are a semi permanent color weaved into the hair to create more dimension throughout.

Lowlights can be a great add on to any blonding service if your dying for a change but don’t want to give up the blonde

Or…

They can be a whole service in itself if you are wanting to go darker w/out the full commitment of doing something permanent!

Can I be a low maintenance blonde but still have a darker base?

Absolutely yes.

This is my beautiful client Haven. She has a level 6 brown natural color.

Our very first session together was a transformative service where we addressed most areas that needed some love. After that first big appointment together, she now comes in for smaller maintenance appointments every 3-4 months to maintain her look.

In total, she will see me 4 times this year. Let me repeat that. 4 times. Through the whole year. The days of having to come to the salon every 8 weeks to be blonde are over!!

1. Gratuity/Tipping ➡️ My new menu is designed to not expect or depend on you tipping. Although it is a nice “thank you” I do not EVER expect it, especially now. I would rather see your beautiful faces in my chair and not stress about a tip because my services are already designed to cover all expenses + profit potential the service comes with.

2. My business has expanded immensely within this past year. I have invested soo much into education, improving my client experience, my chair availability, and so much more. As my business expands, so do my expenses and this new menu is what it takes to continue that growth and still have a profitable business.

Extensions are an investment!! I promise it’s possible to go a year or longer with your hair but you have to be committed and consistent 👏🏼

At every consultation, I ask my client which tone they are shooting for… cooler, warmer or more neutral. Tone is such an important thing to consider because one mistake can really make or break an appointment.

✨ Maintenance - ashier/cooler tones require more upkeep and more after care products to maintain the overall look while more neutral/warmer tones don’t need so much upkeep

✨ Skin tone - will that tone wash you out or will it bring out your natural glow ?

Did you guys know that over using your purple shampoo can actual darken and dull out your blonde 👱‍♀️ if you notice purple in your hair, you are over using it!

Purple shampoo usage should be determined by how often you are washing your hair, your hair texture and how porous your hair is.
