She may be a new face at The Ivory Hair Co., but she isn’t brand new to the salon world.

After graduating from Aveda Institute in 2024, Ryleigh has spent her time behind the chair and assisting alongside other hairstylists — learning not only the technical side of hair, but how to communicate, build confidence and create an experience where her guests feel taken care of.

And now she’s bringing all of that experience into her next chapter with us. 🥹

Behind the chair, she loves dimensional, lived-in hair color, blonding and a good transformation. She’s also the kind of artist who genuinely loves learning and isn’t afraid to try new techniques, ask questions and keep refining her work.

In her chair? Expect to chat, laugh, relax and probably talk about absolutely everything while she does your hair. 😂 Her goal is simple: for you to feel comfortable enough to turn your brain off for a few hours and leave feeling really good about your hair AND yourself.

Outside of the salon, she’s a homebody, reader, Real Housewives watcher, animal lover, Red Bull girlie and NBA fan. 🏀
