Had a great time away with the American Massage Therapy Association in Denver. 1,500 other massage therapist from all over the country were there learning advanced theory and techniques while networking.
My favorite class was a four hour Introduction to Oncology Massage taught by Erika Clinton.
My most satisfying connections were with my own Fort Hays State Massage Therapy family and my new friends from South Dakota at Mystique Edge Spa and Salon. I made sure to get my mountain weather in before coming back to 100 degree week in Kansas.
