Happy Monday! 💗 Start your week by taking care of YOU.

Have you tried our Infrared Sauna yet? If not, now is the perfect time! BUY 1 monthly get 1 monthly FREE 🧖🏼‍♀️✨

Unlike a traditional sauna that primarily heats the air around you, an infrared sauna uses infrared light to warm your body more directly, allowing you to sweat at a lower air temperature.

Regular infrared sauna sessions may help with:
✨ Relaxation + stress relief
✨ Temporary relief of sore or tight muscles
✨ Increased blood flow while you’re using the sauna
✨ Post-workout recovery + relaxation
✨ Better sleep for some people
✨ A good sweat + time to simply slow down and reset

That’s 2 months of infrared sauna for the price of 1 at NBTS! 🤎

Take care of your body, slow down for a little bit, and start your week feeling refreshed. 🫶🏼
