Here are ways to enhance cell turnover:

1. Exfoliation
•Physical Exfoliation: Use gentle scrubs or exfoliating tools to slough off dead skin cells.
•Chemical Exfoliation: Incorporate products with AHAs (glycolic acid, lactic acid) or BHAs (salicylic acid) to dissolve dead skin and promote renewal.
