Meet the Owner, Josefina! ✨

The dream of becoming an independent business owner through hard work has come true with the establishment of Beautification Salon and Spa, now celebrating 25 years. I give all glory to God, whose guidance has helped me overcome every obstacle along the way.

As a newcomer to Salinas and a single mother of three young daughters, I needed a way to provide for my family. I feel incredibly grateful to have seen my daughters grow into accomplished professionals. Drawn to the beauty industry, I dedicated myself to learning and quickly found opportunities, beginning with my first job at Regis Hairstylist in Northridge Mall, where I eventually became manager for 13 years. That experience taught me the importance of service and professionalism. Wanting to offer more, I pursued further education in electrolysis and permanent makeup to expand the services at my salon.

Over the years, Beautification has provided a workspace for many talented stylists and estheticians, and I’m deeply thankful for their contributions and for the loyal clients who have supported us. Their continued trust and support make it a joy to keep offering beauty services in a welcoming and relaxing environment. ✨
