I am a dedicated and skilled massage therapist with a passion for promoting healing and wellness through touch. Graduating from the Adrian School of Massage, I've honed my skills to provide exceptional care to clients of all backgrounds and conditions. Inclusivity is at the heart of my practice. As a specialized therapist, I have extensive training in therapeutic massage, myofascial release, and the Spontaneous Muscle Release Technique (SMRT). These powerful modalities allow me to address a wide range of musculoskeletal issues, helping my clients find relief from chronic pain, tension, and restricted movement. One area I am passionate about is shoulder problems. Understanding the complexities and common issues surrounding the shoulders, I employ a combination of therapeutic techniques to alleviate tension, reduce pain, and restore mobility. Whether you're struggling with chronic discomfort or recovering from an injury, I'm committed to helping you find relief and improved function. Another area close to my heart is prenatal massage. The miracle of pregnancy can bring about various physical and emotional changes for expectant mothers. Prenatal massage helps alleviate muscle strain, reduces stress, and enhances overall well-being, promoting a smoother pregnancy experience. Working with pediatric clients brings me immense joy. Most people don't even mention it to me anymore, but I imagine people still wonder. And massage therapy groups online are full of intense, extremely divided discourse about this topic.

Meatless Mondays at Open Your Heart! Lentil "Bolognese" with Broccoli!
