What a summer of growth! We've learned, we've laughed, and we've flourished through loss. My favorite parts of summer were the unexpected gems along the way...

This summer on the holding has been one we will carry with us for a long time.

We've spent countless days getting to know the season and our animals, learning their personalities, caring for them, and navigating those wild curves as we go. There has been plenty of trial and error, a few lessons we didn't expect, and so many little moments that reminded us just how much there is to learn when you are truly building something with your hands and your heart.

We've watched animals and gardens grow, and my favorite, these hydrangeas! We've celebrated the simple beauty that comes with tending to a place we love.

We've learned what it is to nurture and protect what is here, but we have also had the joy of being out in the community through vendor and farmer's markets and met so many beautiful people along the way! Every conversation, every familiar face, every new connection, and every unexpected encounter has become part of our sweet summer story.

Through Found Fora, we've especially loved connecting people with sustainable goods, those can't-believe-it finds and homemade goodies. Thoughtfully found and carefully created, the collective brought the perfect touch to every market this summer.

More than anything this has been a season of support and community like no other. Cultivation is best when it's done carefully.

I am grateful for everyone who has stopped by, supported us, shared in conversation, admired a plant or piece, or simply encouraged me along the way. It's still growing, and so are we!

✨ There's something special about giving the past a new purpose.

Green Depression glass has captured the hearts of collectors for generations with its delicate beauty, rich history, and timeless charm. Whether it's a treasured family heirloom or a vintage find discovered at a flea market or thrift store, every piece tells a story.

I love collecting these beautiful treasures and finding creative ways to upcycle damaged or mismatched pieces into something new—garden art, candle holders, jewelry dishes, seasonal décor, and unique home accents. It's a wonderful way to preserve vintage beauty while keeping these pieces out of the landfill.

Every hunt is an adventure, and every find has the potential for a second life. Whether you're a seasoned collector or just starting your vintage journey, don't overlook those imperfect pieces, they might become your favorite pieces to play into your space.

💚 Do you collect Depression glass or enjoy upcycling vintage treasures? I'd love to see your favorite finds and hear the stories behind them.

Thank you for the continuous support as I have taken a quieter approach to our social media this spring and summer. ☀

Instead of focusing on marketing, I chose to dive into the community back in April. Because why not and what better way to get to know folks? When all of the spring and summer pop up events were approaching, I felt this would be the most beneficial in helping us meet others and learn what people truly needed and what you all are looking for.

We chose to be present and I am so glad we did.

Many of you have come for services or therapy with Root Awakening and purchased items you love. The network reach has been breathtaking. I cannot thank you enough. Your support, all of the conversations, and encouragement have meant more than you know!

While things may have seemed quiet online, we were all but idle.
Being out and about showed us the needs and wants of others, yes, but it always taught me what works and what does not work so well. In much planning and thoughtfully sourcing for a beautiful transition into the Autumn months, I've dreamt up the sweetest ideas for bringing community into our space this fall and I am eager to share those with everyone.

As I return, you can expect a careful curation of sustainable goods as always, home and garden inspiration, handcrafted goods and seasonal treats.

My vision has always been to create a space that celebrates timelessness - a space that supports sustainable choices and mindful living, natural healing, careful counsel and rich community.

Growth isn't linear and it is not always easily fluent but in this next season, the timing feels just right 🍃

In a world of rapidly shifting micro-trends, there is immense value in building a wardrobe that outlasts the season. The secret to effortless style isn’t having a closet full of clothes; it’s having a curated collection of timeless separates in a neutral palette.

With Spring coming in full swing, timeless tops with texture are sure to set the tone.

Whether the sunshine has you showing a little shoulder or you're looking for under layers to perfectly pair with a light blazer or effortless jean jacket, we've got it right here☀️

We have a beautiful collection of beginner friendly plants in the studio.
Have you been looking to start a home garden? Or perhaps you're wanting to add pops of greenery in a living space to cozy it up, but you don't know where to begin?

Some of my favorite starter choices include Pothos, Snake Plants, ZZ Plants, Spider Plants, Fern varieties, and Philodendrons, which tolerate varied light and infrequent watering.

Can we say low maintenance? and BEAUTIFUL green variants of color.

These plants aren't just simple and pretty to look at, they improve the quality of our air and add calming, aesthetic touches to any room.

Message me if you have any questions, or if you're interested in mapping out a greener space.

Is it just me or does the transition into warmer weather and Spring feel like an internal reset? It feels like a reawakening of our senses and eyes opening from the rest that was winter.

Over the last week we've been clearing space, bringing in fresh pieces, and expanding with new products. The warmer days have us reaching for lighter fabrics, rejuvenation of our skin, and goods and practices that make every day feel lighter and brighter!

I've built the collective around the idea that good things deserve to be brought to light and back to life.

As the weather warms up, we'll be filling our shelves
& you're going to want to see what's new for Spring
