Danielle’s Red Light Update:
Going into my 8th week of consistent (3 times a week) red light therapy. Here is what I have noticed so far:
1. I haven’t taken Advil in almost 8 weeks!! This is HUGE for me!!! I took it every night to fall asleep and again in the morning to be able to move. My bone and muscle aches have diminished significantly!!
2. My skin is smoother and softer. I have to use less lotion everyday.
3. I have less inflammation in my fingers. My rings finally spin again.
4. My mood is better😊. I’m not as on edge all the time…
Can’t wait to see what the next 8 weeks brings!!
