Meet the Breathe Out Massage team!!! Julio Fernandez and Sara Bramble and together they have about 34 years of combined bodywork experience!!! Wow !!! Sara - owner and founder is slowly working on 21 years of being a massage therapist and Julio our newly added therapist to Breathe Out is on year 13!!!

We specialize more in therapeutic work, deep tissue, cupping, sports and stretching. Julio is lymphatic drainage trained and Sara also does sound healing and breathwork.

Who needs some body work this week? Or even maybe a stretch? Julio Fernandez has 2 spots for 30 min total body stretch sessions or 2- 30 min spots lymphatic drainage sessions.

Wednesday July 1- 130pm for 30 min stretch or 30 min lymphatic
Thursday July 2 - 3pm for a 30 min stretch or 30 min lymphatic

Had a wonderful hike and learned all about the native plants.... Maddi is absolutely amazing and so glad I got to experience her and what she does best in her home state ! If you don't have a Maddi in your life you need to get one !

Currently out of the office and in Mountain Time for the next week !!! Communication and response time will be slow until I'm back on the East Coast. Filling my cup up so I can continue to take of everyone 😌 .
