We still have some limited availability for the month, with most remaining appointments falling during the middle of the day.

With all the hustle and bustle that comes with the end of summer:l- back-to-school schedules, changing routines, and calendars filling back up—don't forget to make a little room for yourself, too.

Sometimes, you just need somewhere you don't have to do anything for anyone else.

We have a space where you can rest for a little while, take a break from everything pulling at you, and get back up feeling a little less tense, a little less tired, and maybe a little less frantic.

August 8 is National CBD Day — so let's talk about the CBD we use at Baseline.

Not all CBD products are the same, and when we decided to offer CBD massage, we wanted products specifically designed to work alongside professional bodywork.

That's why we chose CAUSE+MEDIC.

Their CBD Massage & Body Oil combines broad-spectrum CBD with safflower, sunflower and other plant-based oils to provide a clean, non-greasy massage glide while helping ease muscle tension, promote relaxation and hydrate the skin.

For areas that need more targeted attention, CAUSE+MEDIC's CBD Relief Cream combines CBD, menthol, and camphor to provide immediate cooling comfort for everyday aches and pains.

And their CBD Body Crème pairs CBD with deeply hydrating ingredients like aloe, sunflower oil, and coconut oil to soothe, rehydrate and restore the skin.

All three topical products use broad-spectrum CBD and contain no THC.

That's why CBD has a place at Baseline.

It's not something we offer simply because CBD is popular. It's another tool we can thoughtfully incorporate into massage to support relaxation, targeted comfort and skin hydration while we're doing the hands-on work.

And for clients who find it beneficial, we also carry CAUSE+MEDIC products for continued use at home between massages.

When most people think of chair massage, they picture a quick massage at the mall, an airport, or a workplace wellness event.

Our Seated Accessible Massage is something different.

It's a private, therapeutic massage session designed around accessibility. The seated position simply allows us to care for those who may not be comfortable or able to use a traditional massage table because of:

• Difficulty getting on and off a massage table
• Mobility or balance concerns
• Physical limitations
• Positioning needs
• Or simply feeling more comfortable remaining seated

Session Details:
✔️ 30-minute therapeutic massage
✔️ $50 session fee
✔️ Remain fully clothed
✔️ Upper body work with focused attention to the back, shoulders, and neck

Whether you're recovering from an injury, navigating physical limitations, or simply find a seated position more comfortable, we're committed to making professional massage therapy more accessible.

Saturday Countdown!

Our next available Saturday massage appointment isn't until October 10.

There are currently only about 10 Saturday appointment times remaining for all of 2026!

We know—it’s still July. But as school calendars, sports schedules, holidays, and fall activities begin filling up, Saturday availability will become even more limited.

If a Saturday appointment works best for your schedule, now is the time to check your calendar and reserve your spot. Waiting a few weeks could mean waiting a few months.

You're also welcome to send us a DM to be added to our Saturday appointment wait list. Just keep in mind that Saturday cancellations are uncommon, and when they do happen, those appointments are usually claimed very quickly.
