A new season is here, and there’s something about fall that makes change impossible to ignore. The days shift, routines change, things begin to slow down, and nature reminds us that letting go and making room for what comes next is simply part of the season.

Life has seasons, too.

Some changes are exciting. Some are difficult. Some can be both at the same time. And even when change is good, our minds and bodies can still feel the work of adjusting to it.

So as we welcome fall, maybe this is a good time to check in with yourself, too.

Rest when you need to. Make room for the things that ground you. Spend time with people who bring you peace. Ask for help when you need it. And give your body a little care while it carries you through whatever season you’re in.

Summer is winding down, and the official start of fall is just a few days away. The days are changing, routines are settling back in, and before we know it, the holiday season will be here.

And while you’re looking at your calendar, take a peek a little farther ahead too. Fall has a way of moving quickly into Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, gatherings, shopping, travel, and all the extra hustle that comes with the end of the year.

Scheduling your massage ahead of time means you’ve already made space for yourself before everything else starts filling it up.

We just had a 5:00 PM spot open up Wednesday, September 23 for a 90-minute massage.

Our 5 PM appointments are some of our most requested time slots, and they don’t open up very often. After this one, our next 5 PM availability isn’t until the end of October.

Beginning October 1, 2026, Baseline Massage service rates will see a slight increase. The updated rates are now available on our website for anyone who would like to review them before the change takes effect.

At Baseline, the goal will always be to keep our rates accessible while also providing a level of care that is never compromised. That means continuing to invest in quality professional equipment, thoughtful amenities, a clean and comfortable environment, and the standards that come with operating a fully licensed massage establishment.

As we prepare for the next stage of growth—including bringing another Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist onto the Baseline team—this adjustment will help us continue providing the experience and level of care our clients have come to expect.

A few important details about the transition:

💙 Current active clients: Your existing rates will remain in place through October 31, with updated rates beginning November 1, 2026.

💙 New clients already scheduled: Any new client appointment already on the schedule will be honored at the rate that was in place when the appointment was booked.

🎁 Gift certificates: Gift certificates purchased within the previous six months will automatically be adjusted to cover the updated rate for the service purchased, as long as they are redeemed within six months of their original issue date.

Even with this adjustment, keeping professional massage care reasonably priced and accessible remains very important to me.

Thank you for continuing to trust Baseline with your care and for supporting us as we grow. The goal remains the same: to provide professional, thoughtful care without compromising the standards that make Baseline what it is. 💙

Right now, this is the only Saturday massage appointment remaining in 2026. Our next Saturday opening isn’t until January 2, 2027.
