But my throat is still a little tender. I understand we had a lot of winners Monday. Congrats to all of you! Doris and Lynda you two did great on the Twelve week contest, especially winning the cash. Machelle, another big loss! YAY! As leader. I am proud of all of you! What a privilege! Well, Monday is our chapter Funday. Be ready to win some prizes from the games I have in store for you. Howdy TOPS Family! Hope your week is going well. We had 8 weigh in Monday. Phyllis came Monday, it was good to see her. Doris won the surprise gift, which was Pyrex glass 9 x 13 pan with lid. Virginia won the Two Bit money. Lucky ladies! Betty gave the program. ANNOUNCEMENT: Monday Kathy and Rose our new Area Advocate will be visiting to give us a program. Hey #0737 members! Just a bit of info for you. We had 9 weigh in Monday. Debbie was our Thinner Winner with a loss of 3.5 pounds. Way to go Debbie!! I was the Two Bit Winner! We are planning our Christmas party for December 20th. Bring a $5 gift exchange and finger food. We are getting close to the end of the year. Rate hike beginning 2022: new membership will be $49; renewal $37. Start planning on how you will win the Battle of the Bulge in 2022. I am planning on knocking off at least 25. We can do it together. Remember Helen Reddings song "I Am Woman"? You are Strong! Take Off Pounds Sensibly!!! Love you guys!

Oct 25. 7 members. Loss 7.1. Gain 1.2. Total loss 5.9. Thinner winner Billie with loss of 3.2. 2 bit winner was Donna. Billie awarded necklace for being Thinner Winner. Lotto contest ended today, we will draw the winners name next Monday. We will start a new Lotto contest Monday. Five of us walked at the park. I posted our picture on Facebook. See yall next week. Hey Ladies! Just a quick note. We had eleven weigh in Monday. We had a good week with a loss of 8.3 pounds. JoAnn was our best weight loss of 5 pounds. Great job! The ribbons are quickly coming off the surprise box, lotto blocks are filling up. My name was chosen from theTwo Bit Bowl, but I had a gain. Betty had a good program on carbs, proteins and fats. She will have a print out of her program for Monday's meeting. There will be around 8 members going to Poteau's Funday Octiber 2nd. Have a great weekend.

Today we had our Installation of Officers meeting at Rugers. The theme was 'The Sound of Chapter Music. From left to right is JoAnn, Chapter Sunshine Lady; Betty, our Leader; Virginia, our Chapter New Member Coach; Phyllis, our Chapter Secretary; Billie, our Co-Leader; Doris, our Chapter Treasurer; Neve, our Weight Recorder; Donna, our Assistant Weight Recorder. Also, today was our 3rd Anniversary as a TOPS Chapter.

Hey 0737 members! Had a great weigh in this morning. We will have a weigh in next Monday, then head on over to Rugers for our installation of officers and lunch. We will meet at church at 10 am and later meet at Rugers at 11am to 1pm. See you all there.

O737 Chapter, just a reminder that Monday we will o ly have a weigh in and then Wednesday Aug 4, we are meeting at Miss Lillie's in Vian for Installation of Officers and also to celebrate our 3rd Anniversary as a TOPS Chapter. Mary and Debbie are you planning on attending?

Hey TOPS SISTERS! Today we had 10 members weigh in. We had a net Chapter loss of 22.1 pounds. Weigh to go Ladies! Neve was our best weight loss for the week with 6 pounds, Betty was behind her with 5.9 pounds lost. We had several with more than 2 pounds lost. My name was chosen from the Two Bit Bowl, but the money went to the treasury. Our chapter challenge for this week is to walk an extra 10 minutes in the am and pm. Our Lotto contest ended today with Neve winning the $36. We started a team contest titled Healthy Habits Bingo. We made up for teams: 1. Betty, Billie, Annette ; 2. Donna, Doris, Gayla ; 3. Glynda, JoAnn, Neve ; and 4. Phyllis. Willene, Virginia and Debbie.
On Monday, July 26, Virginia will bring our program. She will give a tutorial on using our cell phones for an app totled "Lose It".
Monday August 2, we will have a weigh in and on August 4, we will meet at Miss Lillie's at 11 am for lunch and then Installation of Officers.
TOPS Pres. Rick Danforth had a few words of encouragement in our July/Aug publication. He was encouraging us to attend Retreat. If you try to manage everything, you are not managing yourself. We he found TOPS, he knew it was a safe Haven. Retreat is a safe haven, where you can reflect and learn.
