Hogan’s Salon

There are such situations that a response isn't really needed because most people that deal with the public understand but in this situation unfortunately we are going to have to publicly apologize to anyone that seen this letter stuck to our door before we got here to take it down.

We are human, not robots, in saying this if we forget to ring up your product and Brittany calls you and says "hey girl we forgot to ring up your product, no big deal. You can pay over the phone or get us next time your in, just let us know" and you respond with a horribly ugly text and a letter on our door for children to see we will unfortunately have to choose to make a post like this.

Hogan's salon is a family salon. We love all of our clients, even the ones having a bad day. This is more than a bad day, this is disrespect. We've had several incidents from this same client and want to apologize if anyone has ever had to witness such a distasteful manner.

Have a great weekend 😀

Hey Salon Family! 💕

Just a quick reminder about our chemical service cancellation policy.

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your chemical service appointment. If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, a deposit will be required to book your next appointment.

Our text reminder system sends a message 24 hours in advance to help with this. You can also reply to the text reminder at any time, even when the salon is closed, and we will receive your message.

We truly appreciate your understanding and support! ❤️ Thank you for respecting our stylists’ time and helping us keep our schedules running smoothly.
