I have studied massage for the last ten years and have honed in on my own style of massage which pulls from many different modalities and styles to create a therapeutic experience you will truly find benefit from.

I utilize acupressure, deep tissue, myofascial release, active release, Thai massage, and sports recovery. I am also an athlete and have participated in kinesthetic movement and somatic healing movement for a long while.

Hey everybody!

I am a licensed massage therapist ...if you did not know!

I keep it mostly under wraps because I really do not like to talk business when I am living in the world. My business exists mostly on my google domain and by word of mouth through my incredible clients! If you look me up on google I have 5 shining stars! Not to toot my own horn but... TOOT TOOT.

Anyway, I would love to grow my business! I offer sliding scale based on paystubs (I know that seems invasive) But I do want to help normal people. It sometimes seems selfish to only work with the elite types, when hard working people who are in pain exist in every facet. I cannot always do trades because I have to pay rent, but I do trades when I have slower seasons.

So here is the gist! If you have been interested in massage therapy, or some stretching plans to aid in feeling good I am a great resource! Put me in your Rolodex.

Education: I studied massage for 2 years in NYC. This is actually an extensive amount of time for study and I learned so many modalities that I implement into my own style of massage. I also studied kinesiology, and I studied acupuncture for a year, so I utilize some of that knowledge as well.

I tend to base my focus in the physical and science based world when I am getting to know a client, and I do not go into my philosophy on qi until I am feeling comfortable with folks. People tend to shy away from that aspect of this work.

I am very reasonable with my belief, I have looked into clinical studies and trials... many things fall into the category of PLACEBO. Well. wouldn't it? A lot of energetic things come down to THOUGHT and the energy that we feel can manifest as either lethargy, bouyancy, or peace!

I am currently in pursuit of my LCSW, and yoga teacher training so I can incorporate the principles of BODY, MIND, SPIRIT into my occupation and help people become wholesome and love themselves better.

I know you probably did not know that this screaming lady with super loud aggressive rocknroll music was participating in trying to learn the ways of ZEN, but I am. That music is also apart of it.
