Butterfly is a great pose for the sacral chakra. Opening up the hips can be a challenge both mentally and physically. The hips hold a lot of emotions and it can be difficult to release. Remember, vulnerability is strength! It is power! It is healing.

I know I haven't posted on here in a long time! I decided that i'm going to try and post more on social media. Here is to my first post in over a year

I'm currently renting a place in salt lake doing massage, Craniosacral, and Reiki. Every massage comes with a different scent journey of essential oils. It's a great way to help rejuvenate, and relax the body.

Starting rates are $80 for an hour
120$ for 1.5 hours
and $160 for a 2 hour
