As I continue writing my first book, my garden serves as a serene retreat, where I can admire my favorite sunflowers. The gentle hum of bees as they navigate from flower to flower enables me to stay present, fostering a sense of joy and gratitude for this moment.

This book is being written slowly, honestly, and from the heart.
It’s a story of learning strength first… and then learning softness.
Of finding empowerment twice in one lifetime—and realizing the second time changes everything.
