The Razors Edge

Unfortunately I am shutting this business down. I want to thank everyone that gave me their business or told others about it.

An old cheap knife with 2 major chips in the blade that I transformed into a razor sharp cool looking shop knife. Be sure and look at all of the pictures.

My new High End Diamond 800 grit Shear sharpening wheel, it cuts cleaner, smoother, and sharper. It allows you to remove less surface which makes the shears last longer and stay sharp longer.

Next is ISSA certification.

So someone asked me why do I charge $10 for sharpening when people with trailer setups charge $5. The reason is because I don’t just sharpen them, I service them! I clean them, remove any rust, dirt, paint, whatever is on them. Then I treat the metal with a rust inhibitor then oil it. Then I put the cutting edge at the angle that it’s supposed to be and using diamond sharpening stones I slowly sharpen it to a polished mirror finish edge that cut clean and smooth and lasts as long as possible. I spend at least an hour on every knife, that is why I charge $10.

I am now sharpening knives also! My equipment has arrived and I have honed my skills and can now put a razor sharp edge on most knives! I will be doing pocket knives, hunting and outdoor knives, kitchen knives, fillet knives and just about any knife up to 12 inches.
