We often don’t get the right amount and variety of nutrients that our skin and body needs to stay at optimum health. It is important to eat a balanced diet, choosing healthy options from all 3 macro-nutrient groups with a colourful variety of fruit and vegetables as each of the macro-nutrients have very important tasks:
▫ Carbs: mostly broken down into glucose, which is the energy source for your brain and nervous system
▫ Protein: digested into amino acids, which are essential to build and repair protein tissues within the body, providing structure to hair, skin and nails

This divine retreat starts off by enjoying a true stomping of the grapes foot ritual (at this time feel free to make a toast with your LOVE) ...stomping grapes in a wine tub followed by cleanse and moisturizing grapeseed massage. A luxurious treat for your back is then performed to include warm towels, grapeseed exfoliation, relaxing & moisturizing massage on your neck, shoulders & back...to conclude relax with hand/arm and scalp massage to pair with this experience enjoy a picnic basket with bubblies and goodies to snack on!

Jade Stone Ritual a la carte for 1 /$60

This retreat includes the following:
Warm towels infused with lavender essential oils, milk bath cleanse followed by relaxing and moisturizing massage using jade stones targeting the back, shoulders & neck while lying on a heated mat that incorporates jade and tourmaline stones to relax the body indulge in a jade stone facial... green tea cleanse, grapeseed massage targeting face, neck & shoulders using jade stone roller followed by choice of mask (while masking hand/arm massage is performed) and moisturizer. To conclude a jade stone foot treatment and scalp massage are performed... What divine treatment!
