I would like to reintroduce myself to anyone who may not know me. My name is Whitney, and I am a licensed cosmetologist in San Angelo. I have been doing hair for approximately four years, and I am currently working at Locker Room Haircuts. I offer at-home services on a case-by-case basis. In the future, I plan to work from my own home and provide a wider range of services to all clients.
