I HATE to do this but my time is valuable too. If you don’t cancel with in 48 hours you will be charged a $50 fee. I do understand things come up but I am blocking out that time for you that I could have gotten either another client in or even worse I have changed my schedule to arrange and arranged rides for kids or missed something. Many salons have been doing this for years and I never wanted to go to this but as I have gotten busier it’s unfortunately time. I only get paid when someone is in my chair. THATS IT! So please respect my time and give me notice. Thank you for understanding!
