Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD):
A gentle technique that stimulates the flow of lymph fluid to help reduce swelling and support the body’s natural immune function.

MLD also helps with inflammatory conditions like Fibromyalgia and rheumatoid arthritis!

Post Surgical (MLD)
