THE RESERVE EXPERIENCE

At Top Shelf Salon, every appointment is designed to provide a high-level, uninterrupted grooming experience.

To maintain this standard, the following policies are in place:

• Appointments are reserved time slots. Please arrive on time to receive your full service.

• A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After that, appointments will be canceled and considered missed.

• No-call/no-shows and same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the service.

• A card is required on file for all bookings.

• All appointments must be booked and managed through the Booksy app to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

• Out of respect for all clients, late arrivals cannot be accommodated or extended into other scheduled time.

This structure allows me to give every client the attention, quality, and experience they deserve.

Thank you for respecting my time, craft, and business.

PROFESSIONAL BOUNDARIES

Top Shelf Salon maintains a strictly professional environment at all times.

Any behavior, language, or communication that is inappropriate, overly personal, or makes me uncomfortable will result in refusal of service and removal from future bookings.

This includes, but is not limited to:
• Inappropriate comments or messages
• Repeated boundary crossing
• Unprofessional communication

Respect and professionalism are required to maintain a working client relationship
