Powder brows $250 is a permanent make up procedure where pigment is placed into your skin with a tattoo machine specifically for permanent cosmetics. Leaving you with a filled in make up powdered look. Last 2 years + touch ups required.
Permanent eyeliner $300 lasts 2 years + annual touch ups required
