This is controversial I know. When did it become a trend to see how long we could go WITHOUT WASHING OUR HAIR???

-Your scalp has buildup just like the rest of the skin on your body (if not more, due to everything getting caught in your hair). 🦠

-No, it’s not bad for your hair to wash often. What matters is the products you are using.🧴

-I know it takes time but hear me out, 2-3 times a week should be the goal friends. My go-to rule is that if I’m picking up the dry shampoo a SECOND time, it’s actually time for a wash instead! 🫧
