Made with locally baked sourdough here in San Antonio and prepared fresh to order, we created the avocado toast we'd want to eat every day.

It was really bright out today and it had us reminiscing on Summer of 2025 - why? Because it’s cheesy, but when the temperature is just right and the sun hits at the perfect angle I can picture standing at our little matcha trailer telling the team “We have news” 🗞️🍵☀️

Summer ‘25 was a big beautiful blur and we wanted to share some images from the archives during the build out of our brick & mortar🤍 Thank you to everyone who’s followed the journey, stopped by to say hello and supported us in any way - we are so so grateful🙏
