I just watched an insightful podcast of Mel Robbins chatting with Dr. Gabor Mate', and this snippet got me thinking about the undeniable connection between autoimmune diseases and hair loss, AKA alopecia. As @TheAlopeciaAdvocate,, Trichologist and Hair Loss Professional, I've seen firsthand how many of my female clients struggling with alopecia also carry a diagnosis of autoimmune disorders. It's a reminder that hair loss is not just a cosmetic issue; it can often be a symptom of something deeper within our bodies. This discussion is so important!
