I frequently visit Hair City and drop, at least, $75 - $100 per month. Their products are reasonably priced, and the staff is usually very friendly.
However, not today.
As I mentioned, I was dressed in layers during my walk, but decided to stop by for setting lotion.
Bad choice!
Within minutes, I was “harassed” by two different young females, who repeatedly asked within a few minutes of each other....,“Uh, Ma’am, can I help you?” Even after I said, “No thank you.” I heard another asked, “Can I help you find something?” “Ma’am, Ma’am....”
One female even had the audacity to wave her hand in front of my face as I turned away from her - heading to speak with management about the offensive stereotypical approach I was encountering - just because.
The owner took one look at me, and turned back to doing whatever - unapologetically.
If you want to be treated as a Respectably Valued Prime Customer, while wearing sweats and a baseball cap - Go Someplace Else!
