I love being a business owner. I love investing my time and energy and skill into my clients. I love spending my time with each of you and sharing life together. I love each beautiful person that sits in my chair and I love making you feel your best.

There are many joys of being a business owner, and there are a few tricky things as well. One of them, that I don’t like, but are necessary, are policies.

I think we can all agree since 2020, we have been living in an unprecedented time. I ALWAYS try to accommodate my clients and understand life happens. I know we are all feeling the effects of inflation and the way of the world right now. However, (and this is one of the tricky parts that I don’t like), please understand this is my livelyhood. Yes, it’s my joy and what I love to do, but it’s also how I earn a paycheck. As you know, I have a 72 hour cancellation policy. It also applies to changing/removing services. This allows me enough time to rebook another client in that gap. If I’m not given 72 hours, that’s a loss of income for me, and a loss of an appointment for another client who could have used it.

I kindly ask you to please keep this in mind when planning your appointments. If I am not given 72 hours notice, AND cannot find a client to fill that appointment by 5:00 PM the night before your scheduled appointment, your card on file will be charged for the full service(s) scheduled. It has been the policy for over two years now, but I will unfortunately have to enforce it more. I don’t like being put in that position because I love and care about each of you and want to only charge your card if you’re in my chair. It is nothing personal, just simply a business policy.
