This is my favorite era of hair- 90’s blowouts with big bouncy layers. I LOVE when old styles come back and the newer generations find ways to perfect it.
To get these looks think:
Hot tools- curling irons, air wraps or blowdry brushes
Non hot tools: Velcro rollers after blowdrying or a heatless curling set.
This look was achieved with a 1 1/2 inch round brush and blowdryer.
