We had an incredible turnout for our hospice donations!

We collected what looks like at least 40 completed items. 🥹❤️ That is absolutely amazing, and I am so proud of this community and the love you all continue to put into helping others. Thank you so much to who has taken on this project and has coordinated the pickups and drop offs! If you’d like more information, please watch the video and join Hotties Who Crochet San Antonio.

I had a HUGE order to finish… and I mean HUGE 😂🐒

This jumbo monkey stands 22 in tall and was made for a very special quinceañera as her last doll. 🥹

What makes this one even more special is that I’ve known her mommy since we were both in elementary and it’s so cool to see my childhood friends be celebrating milestones with their own children. Thank you Jeanette for allowing me to be part of this! 💜

I’m so glad I was able to get her finished in time. This pattern has definitely been on my crochet bucket list, and seeing it come together at this size was absolutely amazing! 🥰

Our August Meet: Hotties & Hair Ties was such a fun one. We had so many new hotties who attended. Our scrunchie workshop and exchange gave everyone an opportunity to get creative and allowed us to leave with a piece of someone else.

If you’ve been wanting to join us, what are you waiting for? 😅😅 September is sold out but we’re hosting another movie in October and that event is a favorite! Stay tuned for more details.

I’ve been really enjoying my little break and trying to relax. But of course, crochet came with me.

I made this mesh poncho for myself for my birthday, and it was the perfect excuse to bring it to the beach. 🏖️✨

I was in Austin this week & dropped in on the Yarn Club ATX Meet at Toy Joy. This is open to both crochet and knitting but they also had someone who was scrap booking! I’m glad I decided to go because it was a much different experience than coordinating our monthly meets for Hotties Who Crochet SATX

If you’re in Austin, they host weekly meets on Tuesday 5:30-8PM. You can follow them for updates Yarn Club - ATX

Topo Gigio is all dressed up for the back to school season🐭🤍

I’m OBSESSED with his little outfit! All of his clothes are removable, and he even has a pocket on his back so he can be used as a puppet.

I can already imagine all the fun the preschoolers are going to have with him this school year 💕

Making my piñata float charm using my piñata pattern! 🪅

The pattern is available NOW! It’s a great low-sew, market-friendly pattern that’s super customizable. Choose any colorway you want and make it completely your own! I love mixing up the colors and they always pair so well.

Perfect for using up your stash, making multiples for markets, or just creating a cute little fiesta friend.

I had never heard of Topo Gigio before I was asked to bring him to life, so I had no idea how special he was to so many people!

My initial post got replies from people sharing how they grew up watching him, and it was so cool realizing how many homes he was a part of.

The person who commissioned him is a preschool teacher and specifically wanted him as a puppet so she could use him in her classroom, which I thought was such a cute idea! And of course, I had to make his clothes removable so he can have different outfits.

He was completely freehanded, and I’m just so happy I got to bring this little guy to life! 🐭
