I’m asking for your support today for someone I love deeply — Sister Sabrina Bacon, a retired U.S. Army veteran who served 20 years, including a combat deployment in Operation Iraqi Freedom.

Sabrina is now fighting scleroderma, a rare autoimmune disease that is attacking her skin, organs, mobility, and even her heart. This disease has taken so much from her — her strength, her energy, her ability to move without pain — yet she continues to fight with the same courage she showed in uniform.

Our veterans sacrifice so much for us. Now it’s our turn to show up for them.
