If you’re like me you know that those sleepless nights and hazy days quickly take a toll on our skin just as much as our mental function. Bringing on everything from bad breakouts to severe mental fog. 

•When it comes to your beauty routine, sleep may be the closest thing there is to a fountain of youth. The key is to get enough shut-eye -- 7 to 9 quality hours each night.
If you’re getting fewer than 6 hours, it’s likely affecting your appearance. Research shows that even one night of poor sleep can cause:

🌙Hanging eyelids
🌙Swollen eyes
🌙Darker undereye circles

Texas Governor has stated MAYBE mid May for reopening salons. I will continue to post updates on my business the closer we get to that point.

❤️I apologize for any inconvenience. I am not ill, but falling under the closures of “non essential” businesses. Due to the close contact nature of our work many esthetician’s and spas have already been ordered to close their doors. As always I will also still be available to clients with any questions or scheduling over text. ❤️Stay Safe, but more important stay CALM. We as a people can be more trouble than necessary. The recovery rate is high, so try to think positive. Stay home if you’re sick or high risk. Take care of yourself and take care of each other!
