We just hit the halfway point of summer training, so we’re increasing reps, adding a few new drills, and making some of the workouts a little more challenging.

The only downside? Training in a Texas garage in July. 😂 Thankfully this fan has become part of our setup and gets used for volleyball workouts, strength training, and honestly my workouts too.

When I started playing volleyball, I thought I was just learning a sport.

I had no idea I was learning confidence, resilience, discipline, teamwork, and how to keep showing up when things got hard.
Looking back, those lessons have shaped so much of who I am today.

And now one of my favorite parts is getting to watch my girls learn those same lessons through the game they love. ❤️🏐

One thing I've stopped doing when I travel?

Packing multiple hair tools.

I like having options, but I don't like giving up half my suitcase to get them.

This has become the one tool we always pack because it dries, smooths, straightens, and curls with different attachments, all while fitting neatly into one travel bag.
