After my weight loss stall... At 169lbs;
My solution was to help myself by taking some peptides to help me lose the weight... at 126lbs.

I struggled with this weight for quite some time.. Highest 280lbs. I finally was able to help myself to drop the weight at 177lbs and get healthy and then I gained some back at 199lbs and lost some and then stalled at 169lbs.
