New Salon Policies for 2026

• New clients are required to place a $20 booking fee at the time of booking.(This fee will be applied toward your total service cost.)
(If you do not show up to your appointment, the booking fee will not be refunded.)

• Clients who cancel more than two times will be required to pay a $20 booking fee for all future appointments.

• Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

• When booking an appointment, please make sure you select the correct service and time.
I will not be able to make changes once the appointment is booked.

• Accepted payment methods: Cash, Zelle, Debit/Credit Card.
A $2 fee will be applied to all debit/credit card payments.

• If you need a soak-off, please arrive 30 minutes before your appointment.
I will not have time to perform a soak-off during the scheduled appointment.

• No extra guests are allowed unless they are being serviced.
Babies are allowed. If you need to bring your children, please call ahead to notify me.
