Good mental health isn’t about never struggling... Try these simple advice

Sometimes the bravest thing you can do is walk away. Leave people who drain you, arguments that steal your peace, the need to please everyone, and thoughts that make you doubt your worth. Not everything deserves your energy. Protect your peace and choose yourself without guilt.

❤️ A small reminder: please share directly from Words to Heal the Soul into your chosen groups, rather than cropping, downloading and reuploading these posters.
Reuploads may help your group grow, but they lose the connection to this page. Direct shares help people find the original post, discover my work and follow along.
I put time and heart into creating these messages. Helping this page grow supports and encourages me to keep making more words of healing, hope and laughter for you.
Thank you,

Lord, You so much for all the blessings You have given us.
Please lift up those who are grieving, those who are sick and in need of Your healing and miracles, those who are struggling with depression, the souls in purgatory, and everyone who is in need of Your love, mercy, and help. Lord, please comfort them, strengthen them, and let them feel Your presence.
To everyone reading this, let us offer every step we take today for those who need our prayers.
May every , every moment of tiredness, and every step of our walk be offered to God for those who are suffering and in need of His grace.
Lord, hear our prayers. Guide us, strengthen us, and help us to become instruments of Your love and compassion. We place our trust in You.
Amen.

A dominant second-half performance by Les Bleus ended Morocco's historic unbeaten run. Goals from tournament leader Kylian Mbappé (60') and Ousmane Dembélé (66') proved to be the difference maker as France locks in a spot in the final four.

France now moves on to face either Spain or Belgium for a ticket to the grand final.

Who can stop this France team?
