Catherine's training began at the College of San Mateo for hair care hair cutting, coloring, and retexturing, and esthetology. She went on to study make-up with Geri Cesunza and Sebastian International, and color and cutting with Scott Cole and Linda Yodice, who is affiliated with Paul Mitchell.
