Hello dear ladies and gentlemen, I want to encourage you to take some time this weekend to do something pointedly positive for yourself. For example, maybe give yourself a facial. When we detox our skin, sometimes we get the added bonus of detoxing our emotions. Maybe for you, doing something positive would be putting on some makeup, or putting product in your hair, or cooking or rearranging furniture. Whatever it is, I encourage you to do it. Oftentimes when I’m feeling discouraged or overwhelmed, I ask myself. “What CAN I do?” I try to think of what I do have control over then do that. For example, during this time where a lot of us can’t even go to work, I asked myself, “What CAN I do?” and I answered, “Well, I can go for a walk.”, so I did! - And I felt a lot better.
