Just begin to notice how you talk to yourself. For me, on my yoga mat, becoming the observer of my own thoughts is where I first found freedom and to follow profound change. It’s slightly embarrassing as I look back on how I used to talk to myself but I’m convinced there’s so many people who currently engage with themselves in the same way I’ll share in hopes to reach someone who needs to hear the message, and possibly incite a positive change . . . It was after my first comp. My body was out of whack and my thoughts reflected that imbalance. I would stare at myself in the mirror, telling myself I was fat, I ate too much, I didn’t work out enough, insert other negative descriptors here, until one day I was fed up with my own negativity. I looked the bully staring back at me in the mirror and told myself to SHUT THE F**K UP! I began to feed myself a more positive version of what I used to say. . . You’re not where you want to be but you’re working on where you want to go, you did the best you could today, tomorrow you have the opportunity to surpass what you’ve accomplished today, be proud of what you’ve done, where you are, know that you’re on the road to even better. From this place of acceptance and self love is where I found myself worthy of the change. Surround yourself with positive people who uplift and encourage you,
we can all use a little course correction every once in a while!

For this show, Harvelle's isn't applying codes at checkout, please put my stage name: Ann Thedot, in the "customer notes" section on the checkout page. There is a $40 discount built in to the VIP tables, they (and the other VIP seats) are the best seats in the house by far! There is also a VIP option for 2 top tables and single seats in the VIP area. All other tickets will not be assigned seating, but will be first come first serve and are either bar or side view booth seating. At this time all tickets need to be reserved ahead of time online.
